The principal activities of the Group are the manufacture and trading of sportswear for international famous brand like Nike, The North Face, etc. The sportswear supplied by the Group includes sport pants, jackets, tracksuits, sweaters and T-shirts. The Group's products sold under OEM basis are generally manufactured according to the specifications prescribed by the customers. The Group manufactures products under international brand names such as "Nike". Geographically, Japan and the PRC are the two largest markets for the Group's products, taking up 41.7% and 26.3% of its total turnover respectively for the FYE 3/2004, whereas other crucial markets include HK, S. Korea and Australia. Currently, the Group's production facilities are located in Shantou, the PRC.
